MBC Strategic was founded in 1998 by Matt Brunini, with a vision of streamlined branding, marketing, and public relations services in an increasingly competitive investment service environment. With offices in both Los Angeles and New York City, the firm serves clients across the country and with a worldwide investment scope.

Working with start-up firms, as well as some of the largest investment conglomerates in the world, MBC has expanded its scope as well as its client list.
